The Blue Eagle FC48 Clear Face Shield offers robust face protection with its 1.0 mm extrusion-grade polycarbonate visor, aluminum-reinforced edges, and UV filtering. Certified under EN ISO 16321, ANSI Z87.1, AS/NZS 1337.1, and Z94.3, it resists high-speed impacts (120 m/s), molten metal splashes, liquids, and heat—ideal for demanding industrial, lab, or construction settings.

To ensure the highest quality, we apply protective film to both sides of the visor to prevent damage or scratches during transportation. The film can be easily removed before use. - Impact Protection:

Made from extrusion-grade polycarbonate with exceptionally high impact strength, the visor can withstand operating conditions ranging from 55°C to -5°C, and can withstand impacts from a 6mm steel ball traveling at 120m/s. - Ultraviolet (UV) Protection
We utilize advanced material technology to provide effective UV protection without compromising color vision. (Note: Color vision refers to the user’s ability to distinguish red, yellow, green, and blue while wearing eye protection.) - The large visor
provides excellent visibility and splash protection. - Flame retardancy:
According to EU standard testing methods, one end of a 6mm diameter, 300mm long iron rod is heated to 650°C. The heated end is then pressed against the surface of the visor with its own weight for 5 seconds. The safety visor does not burn or remain red. - Protection against molten metal splashes and hot solid objects
Visas made from ultra-high molecular weight extrusion-grade polycarbonate have been proven to provide protection against molten metal splashes and hot solid objects in accordance with EU standards. When tested according to EU standards, (1) the visor effectively prevents molten metal from adhering to the visor, protecting the wearer’s eyes and face, and (2) a 6cm diameter steel ball at 900°C cannot penetrate the visor within 5 seconds. - Easier and faster visor replacement:
