This premium face shield visor offers wide, reliable protection for face and eyes. Made with 1.0-mm thick extrusion-grade polycarbonate with a light-green tint (CE 2-3 / ANSI U6), it delivers UV protection, splash resistance, and high-speed impact performance—even under extreme temperatures. Its large dimensions (20 cm × 39 cm) ensure full coverage, while reinforced aluminum edges add strength and flexibility. Protective films on both sides guard the visor during transport and can be removed before use. Complies with ANSI Z87.1 and offers optical class 1 clarity for safe, glance-free vision.

  The faceshield is made using extrusion-grade polycarbonate (PC) with the highest specifications for mechanical strength, allowing it to withstand the impact of a 6 mm steel bead traveling at a speed of 120 m/s at extremes of temperatures.

• Resistance to ignition
  European Standard testing was used. An iron rod measuring 6 mm in diameter and 300 mm in length was heated at one end to a temperature of 650℃. The heated end was pressed against the sample surface using its own weight for 5 seconds. The faceshield did not catch fire nor glow red.
