Blue Eagle 633P Welding Helmet — Heavy-duty head-worn protection engineered for welders. Made from impact-resistant polypropylene in black, this helmet features a flip-up lens holder for quick lens changes. Complies with major safety standards (EN ISO 16321, ANSI Z87.1, CSA Z94.3). Shell size includes a generous 4¼″ × 2″ (108 × 51 mm) viewing window. Offers front and side impact protection, excellent electrical insulation, heat and ignition resistance (steel rod test to 650 °C), matt inner finish to reduce glare, and full light attenuation so that no unsafe light reaches the eyes during welding. Made in Taiwan.

According to the testing method of the European standard, heat one end of a steel rod, 300 mm long and 6 mm nominal diameter to 650 ℃. Press the heated face of the rod against the surface of the sample for 5 seconds. The welding helmet must not ignite, continue to glow nor be pierced. - Electrical insulation
