Description:
The TX7120 is an intelligent, addressable multisensor fire detector combining both optical (smoke) and heat detection elements in one unit. It employs a micro-processor to analyze smoke density and rate-of-rise heat signatures in real time enabling reliable detection of both smouldering and fast-burn fires with reduced false alarms.
Designed for integration into loop-based intelligent fire-alarm systems, the TX7120 supports digital addressing, event logging, and features a 360° LED status indicator. It’s compatible with TNA’s intelligent control panels and supports remote indicator output.
Key Features:
-
Dual-sensor (optical + heat, rate-of-rise type) detection for versatile fire response.
-
Compliant with EN 54-29 (Multisensor), EN 54-5 (Heat), EN 54-7 (Smoke) – guaranteeing international fire-safety standard compatibility.
-
Addresses: 1 to 254 on the loop using TNA protocol — simplifies large system installations.
-
Wide voltage range: 16-28 V DC (nominal 24 V).
-
Very low standby current (~0.6 mA) and low alarm current (~4 mA) – minimal loop load.
-
360° visual LED indicator — improves visibility of status from all directions.
-
Smart drift compensation and removable chamber to mitigate dust/insect interference and reduce false alarms.
-
Remote indicator output — allows external LED or signage for visual status indication.
Industrial Uses / Applications
-
Offices, retail spaces, commercial premises
-
Residential high-rise and apartment blocks
-
Hospitals, schools and educational campuses
-
Warehouses and storage facilities where both smoke and heat detection are needed
